OVERVIEW The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) is in the process of revising their Integrated Waste Management Plan (IWMP), which is a planning tool that will guide the NMBM's waste management activities for the next 5 years. As part of this process the NMBM is undertaking a public perception survey to determine how residents perceive waste management in the Metro, what they feel the challenges are, and how they would like to see these issues addressed. It would be appreciated if you would take time to complete this survey. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
